I had a package that was supposed to be delivered today. It said it was and I got a notification saying it was as well. It was not delivered and I tried to call the office. I did report it that it wasn’t delivered but I tried calling the local office 10 times and no one answered. I really needed my package today because it was my Covid home test and now I have to wait 1-3 business days for the situation to be investigated and for my package to be found. I was hoping to catch someone today so it wouldn’t get too lost in all the rest of the mail, but no one would answer. The other number to report things that weren’t delivered was automated. I just wanted to talk to an actual person locally.

Literally the woman who helped me was amazing 10/10. She helped me pick boxes out for my package. Was very nice to me. Made sure I filled out all the right forms. Made sure to double check my documents were signed. She even let me stay right as the store was closing. And was very good at listening. They deserved to be paid better wages honestly for such quality service. They could've easily been awful but this location is awesome!

It’s been always coming to this usps, I am always coming with my daughter which is very active toddler… Michelle is always very very helpful and understandable! It’s released a pleasure coming here, Thank you Michelle

Whose genius idea was it to lock the doors and make it impossible to use the post office outside of banking hours!?!? It’s truly a sad world we’re in that people can’t be trusted and ruin the post office for everyone else.
