I used to love it here so much, and it has just gone downhill so bad. They called to place a pick up order, and he told us to hold on just a moment, then left us sitting there for 15 minutes. When we hung up and tried to call back the call couldn’t be completed. We went in person to place the order, just to find out they are completely out of wings, which is one of their most popular menu items… Just seems very disorganized and unprofessional.

The place is a throw back to when there was lots of little bars/cafes like this. Y'know not Applebee's or Denny's. Family owned. The food is always good and the service is always excellent. I've been coming here for years, even before the dining room was added. Back when it was owned by a Fontana. I can't remember ever having a bad time.
