Holiday Inn Express Mt. Pleasant - Scottdale, an IHG Hotel

Perfectly fine stay. Average facility-wise for an Express. No drinking water other than the fitness center’s water jug. Breakfast was decent. Didn’t seem like they intended to fix the ice machines on any other floor except the first floor. Staff was nice. 5 stars because these days with staffing and supply shortages I’m just happy to have an uneventful stay. There are restaurants around so it’s worth staying here even if you are going back on the PA turnpike.

We stayed there last night, was a last minute thing and had zero issues! Roxanne was at the front desk and made sure to accommodate our needs. We had our grandson with us and he wasn't to happy so we wanted to make sure we didn't disturb any other guests! She was really pleasant to talk to and made sure we didn't need anything before heading to our room! Room was super clean, bathroom was way bigger than most hotels we've stayed in. My only complaint was the tiny TV but that is minor and not a big deal at all.

We frequent this hotel. Staff is very friendly and accommodative. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is acceptable (no pancakes and smallest milk carton in history). Would also recommend two handtowels in the room, one is not enough for two guests. Thanks.

It was an ok stay in that the breakfast was good, bed comfortable, room clean...but the heat/ac unit was pushing about 60 dB of sound at the bed area so sleep was quite a challenge. Since sleep is very important while traveling and a main function of a hotel room it would be good to pay more attention to room noise.
