The Village

After meeting the owners of the Village and hearing that they made their ravioli's homemade each week, we drove from Pittsburgh to experience this family owned business! The experience did not disappoint! The ravioli's were awesome and the staff and the atmosphere were very welcoming. We were a bit away from home-it felt like home! You can tell that this family restaurant cares a great deal about the quality of their food and the way that you are treated when you are there! We will definitely be returning to the Village in the near future!

The large square pizza is amazing with the thicker crust, and the pepperoni they use is the best!! It's the only pizza I order from here, one of the best places in town!

We had fried vegetable appetizer, 2 dozen wings,2 pizzas and drinks for $100.00. There were 7 of us I thought that was pretty good. The food was good.

Attempted to call multiple times before getting a person who didn’t know how to take an order, but attempted to anyways. He didn’t know a meal came with a salad or that they had gluten free pasta. Once he gave up he handed me off to someone who successfully took my order and told me 45 minutes which I thought was a bit long but acceptable. Once I get there the goofball at the front asks me my name and has me pay for my order and asks me if I want to leave a tip. Well, assuming my order was ready because I arrived a few minutes after I was told my order would be ready I left a $5 tip on the takeout. He then tells me it’s not ready and it will be “maybe 5 minutes.” Another 10 minutes goes by and finally I ask someone at the bar about my order. When they hand me my food, I ask for my $5 tip back since my order was 15 minutes later than expected and they stood there and said nothing. I turned around and left disgusted. As for the food, the sauce tasted like chef Boyardee, they forgot the balsamic dressing for the salad, and it was ABSOLUTELY not worth the price paid.
