Very interesting and historical great place to visit eat stay while in the area

Visited Heirloom Restaurant on this visit grrrrrrr8 experience socially distanced ate on front porch overlooking Chautauqua Lake food and service were very good 6-25-22 We spent the night on a package room, gate pass, dinner and breakfast/brunch. Good value disappointing dinner room nice and clean w/a lake view. Bathroom Shower not very good. Sunrise was incredible. Outside needs attention; cleaning, cobwebs-etc., painting. Considering they just reopened for the season you'd think it would be in tip top shape.

Beautiful, clean. Continental breakfast. Gorgeous staircases, beautiful lobby, there is a small bar. There aren’t any extracurricular amenities. There’s a beautiful lake across. Very quiet and relaxing. All events start from the end of June to the last week in August.

Do not stay here if you’re an American! The hotel and the staff robbed my boyfriend and I on our last night. The hotel advised us to go to a touristic tour, we went and they knew about how many hours we would be away. My boyfriend and I came back to a clean room, as we were packing all of our Santorini gifts and Athens items were taken. Gifts for our families were all gone. When we went to complain, the manager was no where to be found, made a police call and he popped up. Manager kept insisting his staff are honest people and if he finds anything he will call us and after a police report nothing was done. Please Stay away they will rob you on your last night and nothing can be done about it. Honest review!
