Defently has signs of old and run down but everything else around is some what more decent tho it all the same and same Old dirty vents or broken things in the bathroom areas of the entire building other wise it clean and healthy I just wouldn't say the condishions need to be addressed right away but will in time otherwise Great ac and heat tho and of clean floors at least their as good as they can do
