Dont come here if ur of color and want to get treated fairly, short old lady with glasses refusesd to even check my saw properly and told me it was broken, then asked if i had jewlry for sale thou i brought tools other younger emplyee knew she was wrong but didnt speak up..so unfortunate for her,, all there reviews speak for themself dont come unless u want price guaging and or refusal of ur murchandise probably might help the person more sutable to there likeing but Poc should avoid at all cost I know its a bad neighborhood but dont mean every person selling stolen goods . Thats wat the id holds are for..

Wasn't even greeted , walked around the jewelry counter (I was ready to spend some money , I been itching to ) and still wasn't greeted or asked if I wanted to see anything. So we left 🤷🏽‍♀️

Initially were not as helpful as I'd like, but came through in the end. They bought some of my stolen items and called me when she found some that had come in earlier in the day. Yes they bought stolen items, but that is the only way I could have retrieved them. The police also mentioned they were always very helpful during investigations. I guess if I ever needed one of these stores, these seem like they are on the better side if them. Thanks for coming through for us in the end!

I no longer go to this Pawn Shop. After going in several times, looking at a few items (mainly instruments), playing them etc, not a single employee came over, said anything or even looked in my direction. Several times I have been interested in purchasing items and instead, have walked out due to the terrible service. Their prices are not very reasonable either. I get that they need to make money, but over-pricing is a little counterproductive... Over all: Staff is not helpful at all, 9 times out of 10 when I go their it seems as if they have a friend visiting them at the shop because they talk to that one person only. Prices are too high and they don't get to many nice items.
