The staff clearly doesn't care. Every time I have been where the theater was nasty. Popcorn, used drinks and garbage all over the floor. They sell alchohol drinks for 21+ now. Arcade is open and closed randomly. So do not count on taking your children in Hope's to play a few games. The front lobby is always looks presentable. Tickets are a bit high. Food and snacks are OVER PRICED.

Theatre is always clean when we go, seats are comfortable, and employees are friendly. Parking lot is tricky to navigate and can be difficult to get into and out of, but there's plenty of parking. Matinee prices are extremely reasonable, and prime time prices aren't too bad either.

I was going to see a movie. But they only had 1 person at the ticket booth and I don't really think she knew what she was doing. 5 minutes and she couldn't fully get 2 people there tickets. There was still several people in front of me. I didn't want to stand in line for a half hour so I just left.

Aside from the typical high prices for theater concessions, I did have an unusual experience just a few months ago. Went to see the new Resident Evil movie, and the heat was not on in the theater we were in. If you know local weather, then you know how cold late-November is. I asked the usher if he could let someone know about the heat issue (as others were also talking about how cold it was during the opening commercials) and nothing ever came of it. The movie was decent though!

There is no senior day. Discount day on Tuesday, however, is $4.99.
I don't know
The price will vary some depending on the time and the style of movie you're watching (3D movies for example may cost more). I can't speak for movie prices at the door, but online Erie's Tinseltown tickets cost $7.99 for an adult and $5.99 for a child/senior at an evening showing. If you're headed to a movie before 4:00pm, though, adult tickets get a Matinee price of $5.99! Children and senior tickets will still be $5.99 as usual. Enjoy your movie going!
