Our first impressions of Lolita's: busy bar, nice atmosphere and staff. My husband's frozen margarita was terrible, obviously a mix; sour and acidic. His sangria was just red wine with fruit. My $16 Don Julio margarita...I make a better one at home! The waiter said there have been other complaints and to return on a Tuesday when the regular bartender is there. Big red flag! Fix it! The salsa and chips were more like flavored tomato paste and hard pita chips. Need a new recipe! The highlight were our entrees; delicious steak burrito and crispy chicken tacos. Wish the drinks and salsa were better.

One of my favorites! Always great food, I recommend the tacos. To experience the best assortment of tacos go on a Tuesday night. All the taco dishes come with four of the same. We usually go with multiple people have each person order a different taco dinner and split it up amongst. Great drinks, for kids, on Friday and Saturday nights they bring in a DJ and it's a great atmosphere. Also amazing for happy hour. I highly recommend you go and go often.

We love Lolita’s in North Bergen and we decided to come to this one since it’s closer to us… we were NOT disappointed. It was delicious, drinks are awesome, and service is super friendly. This place is so packed on the weekend but quality is the same. If you go during the week, you’ll sit right away and enjoy fresh, delicious food.

Very nice atmosphere and ambiance. Pleasant and friendly service. However, the food was just average. I tried the Al Pastor tacos and Guacamole. The al pastor was dry and didn’t have much flavor. The guacamole was similarly bland.
