Yesterday was my second time visiting this location and though I was waiting awhile (which they warned me about) they were really nice and everything went smoothly. I noticed that even though they were very busy, their interactions with everyone coming in was equally pleasant. The woman at the front desk is efficient, informative and remembers previous clients. The mechanic that examined my car, Lawrence, visibly explained what was wrong and why it was important to repair sooner rather than later. He even showed me the parts that were removed and replaced. 100% recommended this Mavis location and will return for anything my car needs. Thank you guys!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I made an appointment with them online. When I got there I had to wait for one of the mechanics to help me because there was nobody in the front. They took my keys checked to make sure they had my correct number and told me they'd call me when it's done. THEY NEVER CALLED AND CLOSED THE SHOP AND NOW I'M STRANDED. I HAVE TO BE AT WORK BEFORE THEY EVEN OPEN TOMORROW MORNING. I would have understood if they said they wouldn't be able to do it today. I would have understood if they called and said they were backed up and ASKED if the car could stay overnight but they didn't do any of that. Just packed up and went home. I will NEVER go to them again.

Today was my first time using Mavis! I got an oil change done. I’m glad I chose this company & location. Vinny, the manager, was extremely nice and very helpful, throughout my wait. I will definitely be back, and look forward to it! Thanks again!

They overcharged for what they did in terms of tire replacement. We got all 4 tires replaced from them which we bought from them. They charged installation fee on top of it, they charged balancing costs per tire, they charged for tire alignment for $130 (separate from balancing) and recycling costs per tire for the old tires. We just felt there were too many hidden costs despite buying the tires from them. And top of it, the receptionist tried to forcefully give 10 to herself in the survey we received in our email(doesn't that defeat the purpose of doing a survey?).It was overall a very average experience. Costco or any other place has been more transparent and has given better service.
