Soups not good at all!!! Servers are great. Food not hot so I politely ask the server to warm my food. Had a chicken dinner & taters, gravy cold. The server at the time didn't check on customers after food brought out. I got frustrated & brought it home warmed it in microwave. It was good but my food should have been hot. They put mashed taters & , medley mix on my plate while cooking my chicken, so it was cold. We'll come eat again there still. Thank You

We've come here a lot and used to love this place....today my daughter found a hair in her soup, ok it happens, may have been hers although it was more blonde than she is. My son was eating his milkshake and found a FINGERNAIL!!!!!! No joke, then he and my mother in law of course were done so I took their cups and the fake nail up front, one waitress held out her hands and said "I didn't make their shakes" had fingernails that matched and guess what, she didn't have them all! Then, the rest of our meal was delivered, my husbands meal wasn't right, my sons meal wasn't right, my meal wasn't right. My daughters meal was right but she only ate a few bites. Our meal was taken care of, but the manager couldn't even come talk to us!!! Health rating of B is impressive after today's events. We will NEVER go back.

Great food, very friendly people, big servings, outstanding service, and good value. We were in town for business and ate there every morning, and will do so again the next time here. And if you are really hungry, I challenge you to finish the Hay Stack; I tapped out 3/4 of the way through.
