Absolutely phenomenal service there. Did the custom bike fitting as well and Bojack was hands down the best tech I’ve ever worked with. Consider me a service customer for life as long as I live in SoCal, worth the 1.5 hour drive easily. Disclaimer: I’m slightly motivated by the bomb burritos around the corner 😂

Great service explaining Garmin fields available with power pedals, and excellent fitting equipment and service by Bojac! A friendly family owned LBS (local bike shop) with a broad range of bicycles and accessories to serve everyone from the beach cruiser to the high end customers, at reasonable prices! Will (and already have) definitely recommend to friends!

Huge selection! I've been dreaming of a Brompton for 10 years and found them here. Was able to test and compare between the electric and non-electric bicycles. Enjoyed it so much that even my husband wanted one. Ordered 2 of them in November and had them delivered to Vegas before Christmas. Everyone at the store was so nice and knowledgeable. If I need anything, I just call and get the best customer service even all the way in Vegas! Jake is the best!

Questions & Answers

What is a return policy? I BOUGHT a bike in your store, but after first and last try I found out, that bike is not stable for me. No balance, it goes from one side to another. I can not go straight. Please advise, thank you.

I was in your store the other day to see a three wheeled tricycle. I mentioned I had seen a bike. I asked to see it and they said that I would have to put down a deposit, then call me. Have to buy it before seeing???? Not friendly to me at all!!!

Unfortunately the service department is very backed up and it would take at least a week to get it built to look at it. Hi, we do not. We only rent e-bikes from our Hollands Bikes & Beyond location at the ferry landing. 1201 1st street. If an e-bike is purchased we can deliver within a 20 mile radius. Thanks for Asking

Hi, you are greeted at the front door and we bring all the items you want to see or purchase to you at the front door. We are not allowing people inside the main sales shop. You can test ride any bike you like and look at any product, we just bring it to you. Thanks Nelson
