This McDonald's is the actual worst. They're habitually understaffed. They try their best to drive away business by telling you that the drive through is closed when they don't feel like working. I get that you're staffed by college students, but seriously where is the management?

Lady at the window with glasses got an attitude for doing her job wrong and blamed me for doing it wrong when every other McDonald's does it correctly. I do delivery, I clearly stated I have a pick up. She then asked for clarification and I specified the name of the delivery service and said it was a pick up. She told me to pull up. Next thing she should of done was to ask for the order number for confirmation. Instead, she didn't ask and threw me orders that weren't mine...Came back, told her she gave me the wrong orders. She then got an attitude and I quote "Whatever, pull up to the second window." Proceeded to tell me to tell her the name of the delivery service next time and putting blame on me for not saying it right. EVEN though I DID the FIRST TIME. Made me late to my deliveries. Do your job correctly so I can do mine.

me and my best friend went through the drive through and everyone was super friendly ! someone complimented my pants and there was the nicest hype beast working the window. 10/10 highly recommend

We placed a large order for later pick up. They had all 60 sandwiches ready to go at the agreed time. The basketball boys appreciated it. The shock of a 60 cent difference in one of the sandwiches as opposed to another McDonald's but we ordered them anyway.
