What an amazing experience!!! I planned on waiting 5 hours and expected burned out health care workers, forced to work on the 4th of July. I was in and out in about 2 hours and the staff, front desk, medical assistant, nurse, and doctor were all amazing. Thank you for providing the best experience possible.

Thank you for making my experience great! I am not a "go to the doctor" type. Jeremy at the desk was awesome. Ashley, the MA, amazing, and Dr. Townsend, spectacular. Timing wise, in and out in no time. It was a busy day, and literally less than an hour from check in to bye bye. Love it!

The doctor and nurse deserve 5 stars but the registration process was so cumbersome that my pain was exacerbated and my blood pressure elevated. Registration procedures need to be updated to utilize information readily visible on driver’s license and insurance card or staff needs to be retrained. One should not have to repeatedly confirm the information on an enhanced DL is accurate. If it’s good enough for TSA, it should be good enough for them. No effort was made to access my current electronic record, causing confusion and waste of nurse’s and doctor’s time. Be prepared. You wouldn’t want to get thrown out for screaming in exasperation at the front desk.
