This place is an actual nightmare. The customer service is nothing. You can call and ask something and come in and get told no that doesn’t work. Then not them not tel you why does work. You can come in and be working with an employee then another custom tee walks in and they walk off to help them like you aren’t can there. Worst customer service ever.

Google should alow me to give to the UPS Store in Longview 10 stars!!! It was shipped by UPS from WA to FL a 110Lbs Dental Equipment, the package was lost in FL and after I opened a claim they found the box and without no communication with me (Receiver), nor the sender, UPS unilaterally decided to send the box back to the sender (UPS Store in Longview) since the third party I bought this equipment shipped using the UPS account from the Store in Longview, so, for UPS the sender is the holder of the account number not the real person that dropped the package to the store. I requested for a professional package and insurance. After a 110Lbs piece of equipment crossed the country twice, it got there destroied and a $2,500 piece of equipment that I bought in from a Dental Office in Longview was with people that I never had any contact before. Now starts the best part, I called the store and I spoke with Kyle (Manager) asking for some help and I have to confess I never faced such a great person like him, honest, always ready to help, smart and a type of guy that runs miles and miles to help customers. He handled the UPS Claim for me, because I got insurance on this shippment, UPS is sending a check to cover the $2,500 and he is shipping back the leftovers of machine to me in FL and I'll try to refurbish the equipment. To finish, it is rare in today's world to find people like Kile and I'd like to take a chance to congrats the owner of the UPS Store in Longview for having such a great staff. 10 Stars!!! * * * * * * * * * *

Just had a terrible experience there. Let's just say I'm be finding other means of shipping from now on. Had to send out a couple of packages, only sent one. Their prices are RIDICULOUS. Called and checked prices with FedEx... headed there now since they were so much cheaper. This was not for overnight delivery either, just regular delivery.
