Major heat sink due to lack of trees. But at least the mobile home park let's tenants plant whatever they can to spruce up their yards.

My 83 yr old father lives here and while a clean and fairly nice, they raise the rent on their spaces regularly and are now over $700 per month just for the lot the mobile homes sit on! After buying a mobile home there just 2 years ago, he now must sell and find another place to live.

Only if you have lived here for years. Actually new mobile homes sold rent the lot over $800.00 and you pay your own water which is metered at the connect to your mh

The rent is $705.00 plus water sewer and storm water. Garbage is included in the rent.
Lot rental is going up to $859 per month in February. They take good care of the acreage but water, and sewer are not included like in most rental spaces. It's an "over 55" complex and $859 is a big hardship for many people living on Social Security.
