Went in with a broken Surface, they were so helpful and shared the options. Definitely coming back, keeping it local for sure.

My visit to Compumatter was quite brief, but the best computer experience I’ve had. l took my computer in after I had left it on and set it aside on a soft pillow. It overheated and stopped working. I took it to Compumatter and Douglas plugged it in and voila! It worked! He has a magical touch, I’m sure! Turns out it was a power plug problem (operator error). What a relief! And Douglas didn’t charge me a cent. He was very accommodating and we had a little giggle. If I have any computer problems in the future, I will most definitely go there.

Had a problem with Outlook 365 not showing images in many emails. Unchecked boxes in the Trust Center with no success. Called Jay on a Saturday afternoon. He remoted into my computer and fixed the problem in about an hour. I recommend CompuMatter without reservation.

Douglas at Compumatter helped replace the screen on my MacBook and did a beautiful job. He also let me set up my own payment plan so I was able to pay it off over a lengthy amount of time (financially fell on hard times, and he was so patient and understanding!). They really are great at what they do and look forward to their assistance in the future!

Do you carry cell batteries for Nexus 5? If not do you have recommendations?

I'm sorry but we do not stock phone or tablet batteries and I am afraid I don't have any suggestions. We can special order it for you if you run out of options.

Greetings, I have an issue with the charging port on my 2015 MacBook air. Brand-new cable, I have to wiggle it repeatedly to get it to connect. Is this something you can fix? Thanks, John Vinson

John, Thanks for considering us. Yes this is certainly within the scope of what we do. Odds are the hardware that your AC Adapter is plugging into is faulty. It would require a disassembly and replacement of that hardware. It's not something we would want to do without at least seeing your system first and testing it ourselves. If you are in the area, come on down and speak with Douglas who is our Apple Tech. He'll have a look and give you a quote on that job. Sincerely, Jay Lepore Owner CompuMatter
