Disgusting. Overrun with homeless, reeked of human waste, and because of that we were the only ones there on a Saturday morning. We left almost immediately when we also noticed numerous holes in the fences. This park is no longer secure for dogs and should be closed if it is not going to be maintained. I know this is a societal problem but the city needs to do something.

whenever in the area i love to take my pup here. always find pups to play with. no water fountains so must bring your own water. half the large dog area has some shade so it’s not too bad.

Not a bad park in itself. I like the two separate areas for large amd small dogs, but there is a huge homeless population with camps backed right up to the fence. They walk through the dog park and are not careful to ensure dogs don't follow them out the gates. Also, the park isn't as clean as it should be. I'm going to try other parks.

My dogs love these park, specially the dog park. However, the rest of the park could be in a better shape, areas around the baseball fields are filled with trash because people would rather throw the trash on the floor instead of placing it in the multiple trash cans around the field. Aside from the trash, it is a great park.

To be honest, I'm not sure. I do know they rely on volunteers and park attendees to pick up waste. There is no water available so a volunteer buys plastic containers and we bring a gallon of water everyday. There are waste bags available but on the weekends waste over flows the cans. I'm thinking there is no significant sanitation process is done. Calling animal welfare would be your best bet.
There are two areas in the dog park seperated by a fence and a gate. One is for dogs 25 pounds and under. The other is for dogs over 25 pounds. Bring water as there is none available.
