New ownership/management. Monthly rentals. Perfect for those in town working for a couple of months or anyone who needs a short term rental. Reasonable prices. Renovated rooms and a very attentive maintenance staff. Past reviews are no longer relevant in any way. This place is very cute and within walking distance to downtown Powell, Anytime Fitness, and the local laundromat. Give it a try!

· Where do I start? The first room was horrible. It wasn't clean. Dirt and dust were even hanging from the wall. The tub had mold and looked filthy. The floor hadn't been swept. The sheets and bed spread appeared dirty but the manager informed us they were stained. Bleach maybe? The room was in dire need of a good cleaning and remodel. She showed us another room that had been remodeled. It seemed cleaner. We chose to stay in this room although after closer examination the next morning the sheets still seemed like they hadn't been changed. We found spots on the top and bottom sheet and pillow cases. They didn't appear to be stains. She also offered another room which i could not tell you even how it looked. The smell was horrid when we walked in. We didnt go any farther than the door. I am confused as to why she would even put us in the first room that desperately needed a makeover and cleaning when she had a room that had been remodeled. I would never recommend staying here. The room was $70.00 which was $70.00 to much. I would give this 0 rating except that she did let us switch rooms. If I had to do it over again I would have switched motels all together.

More like the "Worst Choice". Never stayed here but know the management personally. Have dealt with her for years- spreads gossip and most likely did dip into the till for her son's lawyer. Spread gossip about me and called threatening me when I told her to keep my name out of her mouth. Very shady character that wouldn't even show up to her own family's Christmas party.

The only reason I gave one star was to be able to warn people away from this motel. The manager goes around screaming about drugs accusing people of being on drugs when it is clearly apparent that she is the one on drugs. She goes in rooms steals from people and brakes things and blames it on the guests. It is unsafe to be there and the rooms are far from clean. Worst mistake staying there would not make that mistake again.
