Avoid this place. Some unprofessional employees who don’t know how to treat the customer! After a long wait to order, I get home with my take out finding out not only I did not get the extra veggies asked for, there are no veggies at all! Called the store to let them know and complain! Marlo, the manager, states he is gonna return me 60 cents! 😅 such a big joke!

There were at least 4 employees walking around the front dining room, but seemingly none of them were working, as our family of 4 was ignored while standing at the host stand for close to 5 minutes with no greeting. We ended up seating ourselves in the bar area. Our server was nice and friendly! Be warned - the wait time for wings is very long, at least on Tuesdays. We ordered 15 wings (+15 free) and the Asian Zing Cauliflower. We got our food after approximately 40 minutes. Apparently they were "training new cooks". Our server apologized a couple of times...not her fault, so no worries. It's nice that they have a deal and cook the wings fresh, but there's room for improvement. The wings were all put on the tray with no labels so it was hard to tell which flavor was which and honestly, although I've tried many of their sauces (including my previous visits), I'm not a big fan of any of them. The salt and vinegar dry rub was good though. I can't recommend Buffalo Wild Wings to others, as I wouldn't prefer to eat here again.

I visit Buffalo Wild Wings to try Cauliflower Wings for my first time. I like my wings to be spicy so I get the hottest sauce. The wings don't need that much sauce, the flavor is good even after I remove some of the sauce with a napkin. The spiciness wears off after two hours, in my stomach. The wings take about ten minutes to get ready. I'm glad about Cauliflower Wings being a good replacement option for non-vegan wings. Even so, the price seems to be a bit much for the ingredients.

12/01/2019 2:20 Not packed. (see photo) waited a little but ordered. Not sure why but the drummettes were over fried and dry but the flappers (wings) were still moist. The return of the jammin' jalapeno wasn't the same. We waited long for our food, for a refill and napkins. Not sure why, the place never got full even though there was football. I hoped the other low reviews just had a bad day but we got the same thing here on long beach and twice at the HB location. What happened? I used to love this place. At least there are more wing places sprouting up all over the place now. I'll have to say goodbye to BWW.

Is this supposed to be a question? I'm sure they are doing the best they can with the limited capacity from THE PANDEMIC we are still dealing with
Face masks. No inside dinning. Outside seating only. Takeout orders allowed. Social distancing required
I'm from out of town 2 years in a row they messed up my order to go ,this last time place was empty and people got their food before me and I ordered first, manager comes out says it will be right out,she comes back and told me 15 min when my friend already had his food getting cold for the first 15 min ,trip before manager gives me coupons ,I tokd him I'm from out of town, he says they work at any ,well they didnt work ,awful If you ask me and gave my friend a bunch of deformed chicken wings that he didn't end up eating when he got to his room
