Every time I come to this location something always goes wrong my food is either cold or overcooked my order is wrong this place is so disorganized it's not even funny. This will be my last time coming here to this location but the staff are very friendly

Poor customer service!! Every time I come in here they mess up my order or give it away to the wrong person. The manager has a bad attitude, she didn’t even apologize.. all the workers and young and in their phones instead of doing their jobs. That’s sad!!! They new a whole new team!

Everyone is so nice here. I guess almost every wing stops employees are super nice but this location def has the nicest employees by far. Even during the shut down of dining in, having massive amounts of orders, and having to pour each vanilla/cherry 1/3 dr pepper 2/3 coke light ice for every guest... all the people here have amazing attitudes. It's a nice relief from the ever ending stressful world of 2020!
