I literally saw 2 fish fight on the very top right tank and I asked the guy if they can remove the fish bc one fish is being attacked by the other two and the Fish guy (tall, white, fat) gave me the biggest attitude and told me he wasnt gonna do anything about it until he sees broken fins & that's when he will take the fish to the sick section. Total abuse of the animals, I will never buy fish here!

The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is bc I still appreciate the fact that I have a convenient place to buy my animals the stuff they need. The staff has mostly been friendly. But, they have a problem with taking care of their animals. They're always sick. My fiance sees their animals at her vet all the time. I even got my little sister a guinea pig for her birthday bc her other one died a few years ago and she loved it. The brand new one I just got her, along with all the other expenses for taking care of a guinea pig, was wasted in just days. It had died for some reason. I'll update the details when I get a chance. So, needless to say, I'm not much of a fan of PETSMART.
