Sharing this review finally sitting inside on the hottest day of the year. They made me wait outside because I had COVID symptoms. Waited over 90 minutes. Apparently, they didn't take my number correctly and when I didn't pick up, they didn't actually check outside until at least 30 minutes later when they were wondering why someone was sitting outside. I had even come inside to use the restroom and they told me I was next, so I was clearly still there, sitting just outside the door in the shade. The only explanation is "but you didn't pick up!" Of course I didn't. You had the wrong number. Absolutely ridiculous.

I can ONLY say great things about MedExpress on Concord Pike! I visited recently and was addressed professionally yet compassionately. Dr. Joshi, Jen and Rebecca were very informative and helpful. I know they were very busy that day but they continued to check on me and process me through as quickly as possible. When I arrived I was number 15! But, they were wonderful! Even though they were obviously busy they took time with me to explain discharge instructions and how to use my crutches. All the best to them in their future caring for people.

I waited for an hour in an empty parking lot for them to have a spot in the schedule for me. All I needed was a PCR test. When I was called in we did the test in the usual 30 seconds it takes but then I was led to the back with no explanation and given an exam. It’s been 5 days and my test results are missing. The emails say to check their portal but you can’t get in to their portal so I called and they told me to check my Lab Corps profile. The portal doesn’t even show that the test was received. I will not be returning to this location.

had me wait in my car for 2hours from 1-3pm then called me in and had me wait an additional hour before seeing me then made wait another hr in the patient room. I got up and left and dr. preet joshi (md) asked what’s up i told him i’m tired of waiting i been here since 1 can i just have you guys call me with my results? He said “i doubt youve been here for 4hrs, but yes we can call u”. Terrible doctor. dude was on youtube when i walked out of my patient room

You absolutely can. The Med Express on 202 does do X-rays.

For those without insurance, self-pay services for the medical evaluation and treatment received from our medical providers start at $129 in Delaware centers. This price does not include any fees incurred by our lab partner, LabCorp. Timing may vary depending on the volume of tests being performed by our commercial lab partner, but, at this time, it currently takes around 3-7 days for patients to receive send-out laboratory results.
As arthritis and rheumatic diseases are chronic medical problems, it is best that they are managed by a primary care provider. However, we will certainly care for individuals with arthritis who need treatment for a minor illness and injury.
