Manager was extremely rude. Had an alternator from them less than a year old still under warranty, he refused to swap it out with a new one and honor the warranty. Told me I had to go to the original store which is in another state.

I went into the South Salisbury location this morning just to trade out a part and had an awful experience. Trading the part out was fine, but they guy that waited on us had the WORST attitude from the moment we walked in until the moment we left! Alvin T you really need to work on your customer service skills.

I love advance auto parts but the guy who waited on me....Shan...acted like he had a attitude. Not friendly at all. I would recommend going to the Delmar Delaware store. No taxes. Or Auto in Delmar. They are always friendly and helpful.
