Had dinner here tonight, we were sat and greeted by our server Reilly promptly. They were extremely friendly(even joking about my husbands “cute drink” 😅), polite and engaged well with our toddler making for a very pleasant time out. Food was fresh and tasted great as usual but Reilly was the star of the show, thanks again!

We were a party of 12 with reservations. We still waited 35 minutes for our tables. Then we were packed in like sardines. It was hot, chaotic and slow. The pulled pork I ordered was edible but nothing special. The steak fries that everyone at my table ordered were literally so salty that in order to eat the few I did eat I wiped each one with a napkin. My brother's steak was apparently overcooked and tough. I never got one of my sides despite requesting it twice. It was not some place I would care to ever eat at again. Sad thing is it used to be a good place to get a steak and potato meal. Pricey as heck too.

Everything was great in my Togo order until I go to my salad. There was a bug in my salad and it had a very dirty smell. I tried to call and no one ever answered the phone.

We had the best waiter I think we ever had. He was so happy and friendly. He checked on us but wasn't talking like some do. The service was excellent. This is my favorite steakhouse. The steak was so tender and juicy, cooked perfectly. This is the case every time I've been there. The wait can be longer than expected but it's worth it. It's long lines sometimes in the summer but people go there and wait because it's worth it. They do not hold reservations or seat a party until the whole party is there. I have no problem with that because it doesn't hold the line up. They do a little cowboy thing for birthdays that is so much fun. I could go on but as you can see it's my favorite place for sit down food.
