Had a good experience with my Ducati monster valve adjust and new cam belts. Made a appointment. Took a while but was worth it. DUCATI Corporate services are not personal and way overpriced. Sky made me feel comfortable and could see my concern of having anyone touch my bike. Thanks for your service and will definitely see you again. Runs great!

Very professional service. Sky was prompt with responding to my email inquiring about bringing in my alloy wheels that had slow leaks, and tire replacement. Was able to bring them in, and pick them up the next day. I've recommended Au Fait to all my friends, and recommend them here as well.

Short version: I'm coming back. Au Fait was reliable, punctual and went above and beyond. Simple as that. Longer version: Brought in my bonneville for an overdue service, a starter issue (as in, it wouldn't start without a downhill roll to get it started), and changing out the exhaust pipes. Sky was great: -helped me troubleshoot getting my bike there in the first place, -fixed everything in less than 24 hours (i realize not to expect that all the time in the future, but it was a great surprise this time!), -kept me posted of any changes or issues, so no surprises -final bill was exactly as quoted, and -the bike came back cleaner than I had brought it in.
