We were the only ones in our theater and left something very sentimental jacket. We realized as soon as we exited but couldn’t get back in. Called immediately, no one answered. Called the next day as soon as they opened. No one had seen the item. Called again at the end of the day. Spoke to a manager, she was not helpful. You have assigned seats. We knew exactly were it was left and we were in the last showing. Their lack of interest in helping was apparent. I will not be going back.

There was an issue with the theater programming, causing the movie to be down for a good 20 minutes; my theater didn't even get to see any trailers. For the amount of money paid to see the movie, one would expect everything to be working properly.

This movie theater is nice. We go here because its in the global play program. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. For me this place is very handicap friendly. Plenty of room for a wheelchair and the inclines are very mild into the different theaters. They also have a nice variety of snacks at the snack bar. Popcorn is always hot and fresh.
