Sad experience!! My toddler was walking around and i I tried to distract him, someone told me in a rude way I have to keep him seated in a chair, who is this world think a 2 years old can keep seated as a robot!

Horrible experience! As soon as we walked in we were confronted about not having masks. After saying we forgot them, I asked if they had any extra. I was told NO..... and then we weren't able to be seen. This appointment was for my 16 year old daughter who waited a month for this appointment . The woman at the desk said she was the manager in charge but she should be ashamed of herself for being so cold and not understanding. She actually told us to GO BUY MASKS AND COME BACK to be seen. This was disgusting.

Had an appointment here last week and was a little nervous due to previous reviews. I "walked in" and was seen right away. Alice checked me in and was very cheerful and friendly. My phlebotomist was Allie..I think her full name on her tag was Alexandra. She was SO nice and understanding. I'm pregnant and have HG, so I was pretty miserable and sick at my appointment. Like I said she was wonderful and chatted with me throughout, which really distracted me. She was quick and it didn't hurt at all. I was in and out within ten minutes.

The staff here is amazing! Such patience and kindness! I have 3 boys and one is autistic. They have to get routine blood work done for various reasons. This used to be something I dreaded but since we’ve been going to this location, I don’t anymore. And neither do my boys. Thank you to all the staff at labcorp in little silver!
