Graham Norton made it easy; he had a good spirit about himself, helped me find the right car immediately. I’m 43 and been around the block with dealerships and it seemed overall even the rest of the people in that building were very proficient and helpful. I can absolutely recommend Graham, he’s the one I dealt with directly. I’m completely satisfied with my decision, his knowledge and answers to my questions. I would give my car buying experience 10 stars if I could. Graham Norton was incredibly helpful from the moment I called about car. He is very courteous, friendly and professional. Graham made sure I was able to rent a car on short notice from my local Enterprise that is 2.5 hours away in order to make the trip to buy the car. I test drove and bought the car within in one hour! The process was totally transparent, no hidden information or fees. I chose Enterprise because they had the car I wanted at a great price with low miles, they are no haggle and have excellent customer service. I got a a terrific interest rate on the loan. Graham listened to and answered all of my questions. The car looks brand-new inside and out. I am so happy with my purchase! This is the second time we have bought a car from enterprise car sales and it was just as easy as I remember. I worked with Marc and Graham but everyone we encountered was super helpful. Marc was great at listening to what we were looking for and was patient while we looked at each car. Graham was also super helpful in going with us to get gas for the car which was super nice of them! I love that you don’t have to haggle the price or anything and doing the financing is so so easy! This was the Best Christmas Present ever!. Michele got my car to me on Christmas eve. She made the buying experience so easy. This was our 4th car buying venture with Enterprise, and we have never been disappointed. Michele,Crystal, Tom, and Matt all worked to make this so easy.
