Never got to use their service. In lab room I was asked if I had a prescription. I said it was faxed in by doctor. They check and none sent staff said. I said it was sent on the sixth of June , took 9 days to schedule appointment. She asks how was it sent. I said I don't know I am not familiar with Northwell health communications.Northwell sent me an email that it was sent to Quest on sixth. I said I have the file and email here on my phone. They give me Internet addr for Faxzero. I ask what is your wifi password. They don't have wifi. Not all cell providers have hotspots I say. They looked confused. I say I will send you the email with file and you can print it out. 15 minutes no success, no one comes out to waiting room. I knock on door and say well now 1/2 hour gone, what do we do. I leave. There is no number to call to verify with quest that they received script. What a mess.

Worse run place ever, How does Quest exist? Where do they get their staff from ( Scary ) Most unsanitary looking people & place You get there & confirm your appt online 15 mins b4 with their appt. They pretend that you didn’t sign in. I am not going to touch an unsantised key pad When quest gave me the option to sign in on my Phone (Covid is still very active) in area. 2nd Place is the one Quest - Hicksville Rd Moody/Rude attitude (And that is being kind) A person who once had a great idea, That could benefit many. Ruined by incompetents.

I made an appointment using the website and was turned away at the office when I arrived because there wasn’t enough time for them to see me before closing. When I made the appointment i indicated it was for glucose at 11 AM which requires one hour. They close at 12 o’clock but they turned me away because there wasn’t enough time. The person in charge was not very supportive. And told me I would just have to call back using the same system on Monday she told me I shouldn’t have made an appointment so Close to closing. I told her they need to improve their system so that it doesn’t allow you to make a glucose appointment one hour before closing. What was more annoying is that even though they close at 12 they stop taking patients at 11:30 AM. I’ve been to other questions that were more Accommodating considering it wasn’t my fault it was their appointment system’s fault.

Went there on June 18th and paid by credit card. Office submitted the service for June 25th. So now getting billed for the service on the 25th. Tried to call billing and I was told multiple times they have fixed the problem. On Feb 4th I'm now being told billing can't fix the issue. Only the office that the service was done can do that. Tried calling the office. Guess what you can't reach anyone. Someone from billing connect me to the office. She said make sure you leave a detailed message. Guess what her mailbox was not setup. So goodbye. 2hrs of my life I won't get back. Don't go to this office.
