Horrible service needs works on communicating with patients in a nice manor. Someone needs to re-educate the workers at the front desk because they don’t know what’s going on ever. Phone calls are not picked up and only automated messages. Do better for Huntington.

I had no appointment time, but I was able to easily check myself in. I hadn’t told my doctor which Quest location to send the prescription for the blood work to, but he said he was able to send it so that I could go to any Quest lab. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to the Huntington location, and the phlebotomist was able to find the prescription, and draw my blood so that the whole process took about 5 minutes!!

The worse and rudest person I’ve ever met. Go somewhere else. Laura needs a new job. She has no compassion or understanding. She shouldn’t be in healthcare. It’s not the first time this happened. Whether I have an appointment or not, it’s always a bad experience there.

I had blood work done 2 days ago and was also given a receptacle for a 24 hour urine test which I would need to bring back. I arrived at 8:15 this morning with the sample to drop off. I had tried to make an appointment, but the earliest available was next Tuesday and the instructions were to return the sample as soon as possible. When I arrived at 8:15 this morning, a technician happened to be out front and when I told her I was just dropping off, she said I had to sign in as a drop off because I would need to come back to one of the rooms. When I sat down to wait, there was one other person in the waiting room. The board said I had a 5 minute wait, then a 3 minute wait. But as people with appointments for blood work/testing began to come in, I was continually pushed back. Each time I was on the board as next, an appointment would come in and be taken. I waited an hour and had to leave for work. The earliest appointment I could get now is next Wednesday afternoon. I completely understand that appointments take priority, but why allow walk-ins at all if you fill each day's hours with appointments? And why would you have the same procedure for someone who is just dropping off a sample which should be done within a certain amount of time and would take just a few minutes?
