went today and was told to wait in a parking spot for an order consisting of three drinks. waited for 15 minutes and then finally went in and they "forgot" about me. I was then handed my order which was poorly prepared (barely any milk in the iced coffees). Ridicoulous. I will just make iced coffee at home now.

Horrendous customer service. Let me be specific. The ladies at the pickup window inside DO NOT TELL YOU WHEN THE ORDER IS READY, you have to keep asking every 1 minute because they literally forget to tell you the order is ready, and it just sits there tucked away on the their side for 20 or more minutes while we wait pointlessly for an already completed order. Whoever runs this establishment can't even get 4 star average like a normal mcdonalds, fire them now and do better

I prefer the old look of the McDonald's. Not a fan of the new one. Food was fine though.

Donna was wonderful she took her time to help me with Kiosk even thought it was rush hour, she deserves an acknowledgment for her benevolent attitude!
