I haven't been to chili's for a few years. Happy to say it is still great and the prices arent too bad! Burger was excellent 👍 guac was 100% and of course the presidente margarita was the cherry on top 🍨 🍒🍧🍸🍔

I have had more bad experiences then good here, if possible I recommend driving to the one in Bayshore. One time my steak actually came out raw! I ended up violently puking in the bathroom. Most recently the waitress was horrible! We were there (at our table) for 2 long hours and something was wrong with everything. The waitress said she couldn't fix it but the manager could and the manager had an attitude about it. We go out to eat multiple times a week, this place is by far the worst place we have been to.

We went on Saturday for a late lunch. It wasn’t too crowed. We were seated pretty fast but then nothing. No water no utensils no server for about 20 minutes. I got frustrated and asked to see a manager and explained the situation and she was very helpful and we decided to stay and eat despite being ignored. After we already got our food the manager apologized again and was a true professional. Since this was the second time I had a problem I will no longer go there.

Chili's, a must try with your family and friends. Place looks Great and with the bar, definitely visiting again. Love the chips and salsa with guacamole.
