Positive: The accommodations were comfortable, including bed, super quiet and staff readily available and provided items I needed for the kitchenette. Convenient location close to 84. Overall exactly what I needed for a long weekend at a reasonable price. Negative: The decor is dark and little drab but the cleanliness, quiet and comfort mitigated that for me.

Beautifully well kept clean and modern studio like apartments definitely would come here again without a doubt prices are extremely reasonable and you can even bring your pet I would say this is definitely a five star

Positive: Staff helpful, room very clean got pots pans dishes and silver ware, dish soap, etc from front desk as I need to be here for 7 days! Great pricing as well! Negative: I wish the hot coffee was offered all day/evening long in winter months!

Most of the reviews were pretty spot on. We booked here because I work next door and wanted to check the place out in case I needed to stay a week or so or needed to recommend the place to an associate visiting. To begin. Usually an extended stay suite you would expect items to be included. We did make 3 trips down to the management area to get the kitchen accessories and needed to run to Big Y for 4 cup coffee filters. Not a major annoyance but not noted in their description so unless you read the reviews it's a surprise. I brang two dogs out of necessity. It cost $25/dog per night. Too bad that didn't include a spa day for them. ( Great idea though ) There was a ample space on the proper to walk them. Though the grass was high in the back area so they got quite wet as did I walking in deep wet grass. The room itself was pretty clean. The AC I had to clean out with sanitizer as it had a mold build up in it. ( See picture ) and kitchen floor real sticky. Clean, but just sticky. Bathroom clean. Furniture clean and comfortable. Bed I liked. My wife was eh... What was tough was the AC blows directly on you and there were no extra blankets if you didn't prefer to turn down the temp. All in all it was okay. Staff was quite nice. I did not bother with the food to go bar for breakfast. I would recommend if you had to pay double at another facility or needed the pet friendly feature they offer. Oh, I did complain about someone smoking something illegal somewhere near us. It did reek in our room at times. I couldn't say for a fact where but I did think it was a no toking hotel.
