Rooms and lobby were very nice and the staff were great. Workout room was very nice and had lots of equipment. Only downside was that it was noisier than I expected and the ceiling was pretty thin. I could hear the person above me and was woken up a few times. They werenβt doing anything abnormal, noise just passed through very easily.

Rooms smell like cigarettes and feet. Stains EVERYWHERE! Refrigerator in the room did not work. The bathtub was stopped up when I got in the room π€’ everything was old and outdated. Representative told me that basically they did not pay their wifi bill so there was no wifi. You have to pay for breakfast. But the staff was very friendly!

Disclosure: Iβm an Ambassador Marriott Member and travel all over. Iβve stayed at 3 different Marriotts in the greater Hartford area. I would say for the $/night, the Courtyard Marriott Farmington is well below average. The service is inconsistent. I stayed on the 4th floor and a roach was on the bed - I called Marriott International via the Marriott ambassador line - hotel leadership was notified (hotel manager Briakena Talo). The overnight attendant was also notified the following morning and stated he would escalate this finding to the manager. Marriott international stated the manager Briakena Talo was notified and would reach out to me and no one did. I was in a bind during my stay and could not leave the hotel due to work reasons, but I did cancel several weeks of future reservations. I try to stay loyal to Marriott - Iβve stayed at the Marriott downtown, Residence Inn Rocky Hill, Residence Inn Hartford, Residence Inn Manchester, and Courtyard Marriott Farmington in the course of several weeks (travel healthcare provider) but Iβve never been so disappointed. I now stay at the Hilton Homewood Suites In Glastonbury and would recommend anyone looking for an extended stay or a nice stay in the Hartford or greater Hartford to stay there. Save yourself the trouble - stay at the Hilton Homewood Suites in Glastonbury. Marriott has an incredibly poor representation in Hartford. Itβs not worth it. Any one who travels a fair bit will tell you that this particular hotelβs leadership is amateur hour.

Horrible management. The staff are friendly & nice but the general manager, on the other hand, who would not provide her name (African American lady) I believe was extremely unprofessional / rude / arrogant / disrespectful. Just by her being the face of this company is a disgrace. Just a heads up, may wanna take your business elsewhere.

Unfortunately, there is not. However, you can take a taxi (which will probably run somewhere around $50.00 one way) or make reservations in advance with Connecticut Limo (which will probably run somewhere around $25.00 one way). I am not sure what Uber would cost you, but it's always worth checking! I hope this helps!
