This park is amazing. It has bunnies running around, everyone is extremely nice. The managers are awesome. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is I have a dog and the dog isn't allowed on the beach or in the lake. I understand why because a lot of dog owners aren't responsible for picking up their dogs waste. But, still. Almost perfect.

We were considering staying at the park and came through today to look at open availability and right away we’re steered away by the residents that live there. Called to have someone show us around and couldn’t get anyone to pick up the phone today. We quickly noticed the park advertises amenities that most parks offer but talking to residents they told us the community center, bathrooms ,weight room and cable weren’t included any longer , all of the above have been closed down close to two years due to management not wanting to do their job and clean but would rather say it’s because of COVID , as we were leaving the office area there had evidently been an increase in the parks rent and a lot of them were disturbed of only a two week notice with no notices in the mailboxes but rather 10 pieces of college paper spread out every few feet of the office area and outside windows because the manager can’t address everyone individually…. Really?!?!Very shocked!!!! We’ve never been turned away by a parks residents before🤣that’s a new one. Very poor ran facility

We have really enjoyed staying here the past few weeks! This park is gated, everyone we have met has been very friendly and our kids love it. This park offers the Good Sam Discount program, they have a private beach and two docks, wood firepit on the beach and you are allowed a gas firepit at your site. We have been seeing cute little bunnies running around the property daily. There is a nice clubhouse with a gym, livingroom area, showers (quarter opperated), laundry facility (quarter opperated) and the office is open 6 days per week. The staff are excellent, helpful and always out and about. This park even has a dump station and you can wash your RV once a month. There are grassy spots in the back with water and electric hookups, the rest of the park seems to be full W/S/E hookups.

This is a wonderful place to park the event and drop the ski boat in the water in Lake Goodwin and have a water sports filled vacation. Beautiful lake
