I have never been to Popeyes anywhere in the country and had a bad time. The staff is always friendly and on point with their service. The food has been consistently great as well (providing there is no supply chain issues). Wherever I am in the country, if available, I will ALWAYS choose to go to a Popeyes over any other fast-food restaurant.

I've gotten delivery from this restaurant probably close to 10 times. Those same 10 times the order has been wrong. I generally don't complain about it because I like their food, even if I get the wrong orders. Today's order was supposed to have chicken nuggets, it had chicken fillets instead or whatever they call them. It was supposed to have two sides of dipping sauce, it had none. This is small, but there was no straw for the drink. This restaurant is just consistently a train wreck.

Shrimp popcorn is very disappointing. Dry, fishy shrimp taste but can't get a bit of shrimp, mostly crunch from the batter. Mashed potato was okay, glad to had it to add something moist since there was no sauce with the meal. Service was fast but minimal, mask were not worn properly, everyone had it on the chin.

The worst, no side orders, no coleslaw, no macaroni with cheese, the only available drink was orange soda, all the other drinking (Coca-Cola products) were empty; regardless, they charge $2.50 for paper cup to drink water. To be perfectly honest, I was surprised they actually had chicken... - Things were so bad, the customers and the employees were getting into verbal fights, at one point one female employee left the counter and went outside to the parking lot, trying to go after one of the customers who has obviously complained about the place. "The person that appears to be in charge was screaming that he wanted to kill somebody" The chicken as usual was pretty good, but the cashier couldn't even give us a receipt, they had no paper for the printer! I almost forgot they had no air conditioner, the store was steaming hot...
