What a wonderful experience and great company. After a break in, we called Christy at Absolute Security and she was at our home within a few hours. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product and explained what we needed. I never felt any sales pressure or that she tried to get us to buy more than we needed. She also understood that we wanted the alarm installed ASAP, and worked to make that happen. Ron installed our system the following morning and was quick, professional and also knowledgeable. Absolute Security then worked their magic - yet again - and had us online and monitored later that day. Absolute Security's alarm systems are state of the art (IPhone app, you can arm and disarm it remotely, you get a push notification when it is armed and disarmed, it can store up to 32 codes, etc.). The monitoring itself is performed by Monitronics, a national company that has received numerous awards. Finally, one of the reasons we went with Absolute Security is that it is small, local business and we certainly saw the benefits of that. Absolute Security has only 4 installers all of whom are employees. They do not use independent contractors. Also, we have received follow up calls from Absolute Security to see how we are doing and if we have any questions regarding the system. Things that would likely not happen with a larger company. Just very impressive all around.
