Some woman (I believe her name was Donna?) Was being extremely rude and unprofessional. I'd like you to inform her of her lacking customer service skills, and deal with her. She was disrespectful and cost you a customer. The items in the store were amazing, and the rest of my experiences were positive. But that Donna lady needs some proper training in manners...

One of my favorite thrift shops, only complaint is their price stickers they put on books. They are hard to remove and damage the books dust jackets.

The staff here are some of the best. Always helpful and cheerful. This location has the best showcase selection of antiques and collectibles in western Washington. Some items are priced a bit high, but some are two low so it was depends on what you want and find. Come back often as stock cycles well.

The two people who were working today (12-19-2021) were very rude. I was asked to put a mask on per usual and I did for as long I could. I had to take the mask off and I told the lady working that I can not wear it anymore due to my medical condition. I told her that I would leave if she needs me to and she walked away without another word. The male manager then came up to me very rudly and asked me to either leave the store or put on my mask. I told him the same thing I told the female who came up to me that I could not. Not only did I state I would leave to the first person who came up to but the second person as well. Both were very rude and I will not be returning.
