Seriously the nicest people I have ever worked with. They understood my needs and helped me get into the perfect space for me. I love that I could safely store my photos etc. as it was climate controlled and nothing got mildewed. GREAT experience!

Clean nice place , nice person helping in office . However she does not remember me coming in after renting a unit two units, when I was putting my soda in the unit I fell and the sofa on top of me . My son inlaw on the other end asking why I'm down I really didn't no until I got up , there is a each an a half lip , step, or whatever you call it. I went down , and I'm not one too get All uppity or anything like that, however I know things happen Without any problem at first then Two three. Even a week later your hurt and badly, I am and I just called and the person at the desk didn't remember my saying what I said only a few days ago. Something like a guy coming in tell you he fell dont know if I'm hurt yet because things like this have too Manifest , and saying there should be some signage or paint on the floor in the units warning of step That's all I'm saying . The inside units are level no step, lip , nothing to trip over.
