Tons of people driving in to drop off their ballots. They need to have smokers way off to the side of the main entrance. And a big sign inside telling you where to go for a replacement ballot, which is why I was there. Very helpful woman printed it out for me. There was also a big pile up of people near the entrance to that room as there were also two voting booths right there. Need to configure that area better for social distancing.

I just called to update my voter registration information and I don't remember when a government office has been so efficient and courteous. The call was answered with a message that two people were ahead of me - very helpful to know - and I waited for just a moment. The staff person was both friendly and helpful. I was finished in just another moment with a "thank you" from their staff, when I really should have been thanking them. Very good service!

I called to check on the update of my vote's information during their most busy time. Within 30 seconds the phone was answered by a very helpful representative. He answered my questions and checked my voter's information quickly and efficiently. Great job!!!

Useless people from workers to supervisors. When I moved to Seattle, I filled out a change of address form with USPS. My mail started coming there but KCE said they couldn't confirm my address. I called a week before the elections and they said I wasn't registered. How can you NOT confirm a home address where someone gets mail? They asked me to cast a provisional ballot, which I did. I go online to track it and I can't, even though my slip says "track your ballot online". These guys need to get their head out of their asses. The director is going to hear from me.
