Yesterday I locked my keys in my car and the employees were kind to make sure I was alright when I got items to attempt to unlock it. I ended up calling a friend to help me open it. The cashier and manager (I'm assuming the guy was a manager) were friendly and professional.

It is dirty. You could not get down the isles. The store is so unorganized. I feel the corporate people need to pay a visit to the Oneonta store. I also feel it needs the floors cleaned they are so dirty

Dirty as all heck and the most unorganized store I've ever stepped foot in. Stuff all over the store and the stock crate things fill the store so you can't even use a cart in there. Employees are always very nice and helpful but they need more staff! Nothing against the employees. I see them do all they can and always short staffed.

The staff is friendly and helpful. If you need to locate something they can help or even find it for you. My experience has always been pretty awesome. I appreciate their efforts in being friendly and engaging. Retail is one of the hardest soul sucking jobs out there.
