I do not recommend this Hotel as it looked as if it has not been updated in decades. When I arrived the room was not ready until 3pm. Upon check in the room had no towels at all or bathroom ammenities. Given that it is situated across from a waterpark you might think they would have towels. The room also had no ac on, apparently there was an ac unit that you have to self install although I didn't notice it and it wasn't explained to us as such. We stayed for 10 minutes in the room and then checked out. When they denied our refund among the reasons they gave was that "there was a wrapper in the freshly lined garbage can, as well as pieces of food inside of the refrigerator." The food was there when we got to the room. Don't expect clealiness or towels if you stay here.

Overall great place to stay. The rooms need to be updated, old carpeting and furniture in living room area. . Room was clean and spacious. My kids loved the in door pool. The staff was super nice, even being short staffed.

I brought my entire family to stay here for an entire weekend on Father's Day weekend. We got to town early and we're pleasantly surprised that all 3 of our rooms were ready upon arrival. We were all able to get unpacked and head to the Farmers market just around the corner. We enjoyed our visit to Old Forge and the Water's Edge Inn. All of our rooms were great. They were clean and comfortable. We all enjoyed continental breakfast as well as the coffee in the great room. The pool & sauna were a welcomed choice due to the chilly Temps. We all enjoyed the back yard and docks as well. The staff were absolutely fantastic and very accommodating the whole stay. Thanks again and we will surely be back again this summer.

We stayed for Sat & Sun night, Aug 28-29, 2021. Room A19 on the lakeside. The room was clean. I liked that the sink was outside the shower / toilet area. We had two queen beds and there was still room on the floor for twin air mattresses for the kids that insist on sleeping alone. The queen mattresses were springy and stiff - I would guess older. The pillows and blankets were comfortable. The a/c worked well but it's manual, not on a thermostat. It's an older building and I don't recall seeing any elevator. The staff was friendly & responsive. They are sticklers about their check-in time of 3pm and you won't get in earlier. The continental breakfast was poor, but one was able to get juice, cereal, toast, bagels, and one hot option (eggs Sunday, french toast Monday). I would stay again given the limited options in the area, but they do have things (mattresses, food choices) that could improve.

Unfortunately no. According to their booklet in the rooms... "For the convenience of all our guests and in the effort to help us provide the cleanest and most sanitary accommodations available, pets are not permitted. We would be glad to help you with other accommodations for your pet."
