The salads are hefty and fresh! I'm grateful they have a perfect gluten free crust for my sister as well. The food tastes it was homemade from an Italian Grandmother and love and experience has made it perfect. Compliments to the Chef's! Don't get me started on the Calzone! By far the largest one I've seen!

SOPRANOS is Ballard’s best kept secret. I am a frequent customer of SOPRANOS, and they have excellent customer service, great food, and relaxing atmosphere. The waiter/ staff are always friendly and helpful. The food is excellent Italian style.The atmosphere is relaxing family style. And lastly the cost is extremely reasonable. Not only do you get a lot for your buck, but the location is close to everything in Ballard not to mention I live on the same street.

Excellent pizza. High standard, always perfect. Never burned or raw. Pure quality. Give it a try! I Wasnt a fan of the chocolate cake though, good taste strange texture.

I order delivery from here about once a month and would highly recommend them. Today I ordered $82.20 worth of food. One of the items was white spaghetti and the website menu says it comes with feta, olive oil, basil, garlic, parmesan, and mizithra cheese. My dish came with no feta, no basil, no garlic, and no parmesan. When I called to let them know about the lack of ingredients the person on the phone went to ask the cook about it and told me that's how it is prepared now. Witch I thought was weird, that they would have all these ingredients missing from the dish as advertised on the menu. When I wanted a refund on the dish the person was very irritated with me and reluctant to give me a credit on the dish. I would normally give them a four to five star review but am disappointed that they would tell me that that's how they make it now and it clearly is not what I ordered from the menu. It was missing 4 out of the 7 total ingredients in the dish. They reluctantly and rudely with sighs gave me a credit for the dish but we will see the next time I order. SO FYI ACCORDING TO STAFF AND THE CHEF: IF YOU ORDER THE WHITE SPAGHETTI THEY DO NOT PREPARE IT WITH THOSE INGREDIANTS AS STATED ON THE MENU. IT ONLY COMES WITH SPAGHETTI, MIZITHRA CHEESE and OLIVE OIL.
