We enjoyed our stay. Room was very comfortable: perfect for a family of 4. We had a nice balcony with view on the lake. We loved the common area that was newly renovated with the games, pool table et amazing view. The indoor pool is a bit run down - we hope they will renovate it before our next stay.

Wonderful, helpful, and cheerful staff. Great location and beautiful scenery. Very peaceful yet so many things to see and do. Great jetted tubs, multiple indoor and outdoor pools, great amenities, good food and lots of fun! Was even able to bring our dog! We will definitely be back again! Thanks to all the wonderful staff at High Peaks for making our stay so great!!😃

The resort was great. The rooms were well decorated and the bathroom was really nice. Had beautiful river stone on shower walls. A rain shower head and then a separate shower hose attachment. Lighting in room was great. Had a Balcony looking onto mirror lake. We were able to watch dog sledding from balcony. The restaurant named dancing bear inside the resort was great. Food was really good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Centrally located in Lake Placid so walking to everything in town was easy. The lobby was gorgeous and staff very friendly. There's a parking there for guests so even if snowing you are inside. Def would go back.

Love the multicultural representation at this hotel! They are patient, kind and always very accommodating! The hotel is clean, and beautifully decorated. Can’t wait to go back with my high school ski kids again next year. It’s location is perfectly seated on Main Street, close to all the shops, restaurants, bars and activities! Such a great weekend!
