My family and I stayed for 2 nights while vacationing in upstate Vermont. The motel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. I was worried about getting a good night's sleep; there were not any rooms with queen beds available when I made the reservation. We had to get a room with 2 double beds. We all slept well, though. The beds were more comfortable than our beds at home! I would stay here again. The location is very good.

From the first phone call till our check out, we knew we had found a gem of a place to stay. The staff was friendly and gave great suggestions for dinner and hiking. The rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Sat on the porch and watched sunset talking to other travelers. If you are looking for a safe, clean, low key place to stay.... stay here.

First of all, the room was immaculate, which was reassuring with everything going on right now. We checked in late, and the owner was very accommodating. Our room was nice - it was easy to get the temperature to just the right spot, and the beds were firm and comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showering (as a side note, whatever brand of hair conditioner they supply made my hair look and feel amazing.) This is now my go-to place to stay when I visit St. Albans!
