Mostly clean room, decent breakfast and overall good experience. However, the room listed to sleep 5 had no way for 5 people to sleep. This location has no roll away beds and there was no pullout couch... Just 2 double beds. When we asked the front desk for help, they provided no solutions and refused to comp an extra room to accommodate our family of 5, despite having tons of empty rooms. They told us to either sleep on the floor or buy an air mattress at Walmart. Terrible customer service. They blamed it on travelocity for not letting people know they didn't have roll away beds! It was late and lite options, so we bought an air mattress at Walmart.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. However. Huge disappointment compared to other La Quinta's we have stayed at across the country when it comes to breakfast. Within a half hour all the hot food was gone and all the milk was gone for the cereal or coffee which was pretty much the only other option. No was was around to replenish anything. For over $100 a total rip off especially compared to other La Quinta's. Will not be staying at this location again.

We were stuck with a broken down car and the staff (Cynthia and Sasha) were extremely kind to us. They provided what we needed and allowed us to stay in the lobby for hours past the check out time. They made our stressful situation a little bit less stressful. THANK YOU!

The staff is super friendly, the prices are pretty fair, we stayed on first floor as we heard there was cigarette smells on the other floors but first floor was decently clean. The floor were a little dirty and not very well vacuumed. But the bathrooms were super clean. Fresh linens, our bedding was clean no stains or grossness also checked for any possibility of bed bugs didn’t see any of that. Other than the floors are a little gross but it’s pretty decent for the price. They are remodeling in April because it is pretty dated so I will be very excited to stay a few nights when it’s updated.
