My order was wrong I called to get the item replaced and was assured it would be on its way in 30min. after an hour I called back to say I still had not gotten the replacment item. Again was told they would put a rush on it and it would be right there. 30min later the driver delivered the wrong item again. I called back a 3rd time to just get a refund on my 1 item since it was now going on 8pm. The person on the phone was kind of rude about it. I have never had this poor of an experiance befor.

I ordered a pizza last night online for my elderly mother because I got stuck at work. I ordered a medium pizza and also left a decent tip. When i called my mother she told me the pizza never got delivered. So I called the store to check what happen and clarify that maybe a placed the order to be picked up. The lady that answered the phone was very rude. She asked me if I placed my order online when I said "yes" she just put me on hold without telling me to hold. I was placed on Hold for over 30 minutes that I finally hung up. I called a friend to go to the store and surely my order was there . I am understanding of maybe they were short staffed like alot of the restraunts are but not impressed with the customer service . .

Called in an order for 2 large pizzas, 1 special cheese bite crust and 1 regular stuffed cheese crust. They told us about 45 mins which is normal, so we arrived around 40 mins later to find they haven't even started our order yet. So we wait another 25-30 mins for our order, they hand it to us and we walk to our car. When we get in the car and check the pizza we realized they had messed up our order and gave us 2 of the same stuffed crusts pizzas. So we go back inside and tell them they messed up. Since it was about a month ago I don't remember if we waited for new pizzas or just took the messed up ones we had been given since we had been waiting quite a while. Thankfully we had our account credited (rounded down to a whole number a couple dollars less than the actual order total). Wasn't a fun time, pizza was good though.
