Wow, just wow. How do I even put this into words. My battery has died and I needed a jump, after I got my car running again I went to oreillys to have them test my battery, well, it was comical to say the least. I had to tell them how to put the battery tester on. Then the two boys stood there and determined I needed a new battery. Apparently the device told them that. I walked back inside and asked how much a battery was and they gave me a price but said they couldn’t install it. Fine. I didn’t feel comfortable with the lack of knowledge anyway. Went to advanced auto, and my battery was completely fine, no issues. Just a fluke. The three guys at oreillys, shared a quarter of a brain. I’ll never go back there

They did an amazing job helping me switch out my battery. The battery itself was leaking everywhere and the associate, Thomas, spent time cleaning up the acid and talked me through what he was doing. He also explained how I need to take it to the dealership to get some work done. He did an amazing job!!
