I've been here twice in the past 2 weeks and they messed up my order really bad both times. They didn't fill up the large hashround container, I got a different sandwich, I got a whole wrong bad where nothing in there was remotely close to what I ordered. But the staff is friendly, just lacking in the attention to detail department.

The cashier charged us for 3 meals instead of 2. My husband wondered why our meal was so high. She did not give him a receipt until he asked for. She threw it away, so she had to dig it out of the trash to give it t to him. She knew she overcharged us but said nothing. When confronted about the overcharge, they refused to refund him for the extra cost. There was no manager at the location to fix the mistake. They were apologetic about the mistake but refused to fix the mistake and tried to keep our money. Why would I rather have extra food that we would not eat instead of our money? Someone had to call someone in charge to walk her threw the refund procedure so we could get our money back. I’m not mad about the mistake, I’m mad that they would not fix it without a fight.
